Shortly after submitting your details you will receive registered version. Please do not be alarmed if your registered version does not arrive immediately; it may take a some days for the registration to be processed. Please contact support@ice-graphics.com if you think that delay is too long.

If you send some emails to support@ice-graphics.com and received nothing, do not think that you ignore. It is possible, that you or your Internet the provider use extremely aggressive anti spam filters. And this filters destroys not only a spam. Therefore, try to send e-mail to support@ice-graphics.com from various addresses.

During registration specify the email with disabled spam filtering. Also make sure that the specified e-mail allows you to receive e-mail with attach. If your mail server will block the email as spam, then you will not be able to receive new updates.
