Not a very important feature i'm suggesting, don't do it if its too much work. Smile

How about being able to save the encoding/decoding process to disk when you pause it and the restarting it later or even transfering it onto another computer?

For example:

i got an encoding run that takes a couple of days on one of my slower computers so i'd like to be able to pause it, save the run to disk, and then shut off the computer or perform other tasks with it that might involve rebooting. Then when i'm ready i reload the run and continue where i left off.

I might even transfer the savefile to another faster (or slower) computer and essentially move the run to that computer.

oh well, just an idea, not important, just like to have if you can build it.

It's not complicated. Only better to do it not when pause activated. Better to add button: "Suspend".

It's like hybernate mode in Windows. It can be done.
