Has anyone seen a situation where Ice Mirror goes On/Off On/Off continuously at a rate of about once per second?
No other program on my PC seems to be involved.
Thanks,

I start ICE Mirror now, and it's work fine.

I do not understand, what do you mean "goes On/Off"?

Thank you for your response.
With this particular problem, the On/Off On/Off I am referring to manifests itself as follows:

The arrow cursor normally shown in Ice Mirror, is intermittently replaced with the blue Windows Busy circle, at a rate of about once per second continuously.

I suspect that One of the Windows Services, or "Something Else" is causing a repetitive once-per-second interrupt that Ice Mirror must respond to.

In contacting this forum, I am hoping that someone else has, at one time or another, found a Windows Service, or other program that was producing an unwanted interrupt.

Try to set in ICE Mirror shortcut to run ICE Mirror in compatibility mode.

I am Running Windows 10 build 1607 released August 4th.
Yesterday Microsoft released a patch for this build of Windows 10.
The patch is KB3166495.

Since this update, the anomaly I have been experiencing with Ice Mirror has ceased.

If the problem re-appears, I will try your tip of running Ice Mirror in compatibility mode.
Thank you for your input.

I can't use icemirror. I have this bouncing state for a few second and then a window saying 'icemirror' stop to work.
During those few second, in the 'Master directory' part I have some type of email address appearing intermittently in the path.
Checking the "WER" directory, I have an entry each time icemirror crashed :
for default module "windows.storage.dll" with exception code c0000409.
Any idea?.
I'm running windows 10 version : 1607
I also create a 'minidump' and a full dump of the process during tho short time is running.
Using Windbg give no results, the only possibility is having the source of the program and try to find where it is looping.
Thanks

If any program crush Windows, it's not program bug. It's Windows bug.
I can suggest only two solutions: to wait fix from Microsoft or do not use Windows 10.
